Watchmaker Milano takes the timeless art of traditional watchmaking and transforms it into a bold, contemporary vision. Products include the warranty stated on their product pages. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• The incorrect item will be collected and replaced at no cost to you

6. Damaged Goods on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged:

• Keep all packaging intact
• We will arrange collection and assessment

Failure to report within 2 working days may affect eligibility for replacement under the Consumer Protection Act.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

Exchanges made after the 7-day return window are not eligible for refunds unless the product is defective.

• Outlying/rural/farm areas may incur additional courier fees.
